scrutinized as per Election Rules.
However, there was only one representation to the Election Committee
and that has also been disposed off on its merit. There is no other issue pending on this subject.

under observation of Election Committee is in the process of handling the
affairs of Election as per Election Rules duly framed by the Committee of
Administration-EPCH. Although there
is no mention of placement of voter list on the website, the Election
Committee in all fairness decided for a better communication amongst
contesting candidates and voters and placed the valid voter list on the
website. Beside all important issues
are also being placed on the website time to time. All such placements of such issues are
matter of records.
